Schedule

Week beginning 9th January:
I have now created my blog and Flickr account on the web pages

“www.blogger.com” and “www.flickr.com”. This will allow me to present my future work easily and in an organised manor.
Week beginning 16th
 January:
I have started to analyse magazine front covers, contents pages and double page spreads from already established music magazines. When doing this we have also identified the conventions of music magazines this allows me to create a magazine which will not only appeal to the audience but be interesting too.
Week beginning 23rd
 January:
After analysing magazine pages last week I am now ready to start thinking about designing my own. This will be hard from me but with hard work it will all come together, I will then present them on my blog
Week beginning 30th
 January:
After planning the main layout of my magazine pages, the actual images in the magazine have become more of a concern. This in mid I have decided to create shot plans which will show the rough idea of the images and the details along with it.
Week beginning 6th
 February:
After now having ideas of the photos that I want to take in mind I will be experimenting with a basic camera to create a preliminary task, this will give me an opportunity to use Photoshop to edit and manipulate my images and get a feel for the tools on Photoshop.
Week beginning 20th February
I have now furthered my knowledge of Photoshop and finalised my ideas so far for the magazine. This week I will be thinking of the content for my magazine by creating band names, titles for articles and features on the contents page, I will be writing the article next week but for now, I have been collecting confirmation of models availability for photo shoots and such like.
Week beginning 27th February:
I began to create the DPS this week because I knew it would take the longest to construct; by starting it at this stage it means I will have plentiful time at the end of the project for completion of everything else. I also wrote my article this week as part of the DPS.
Saturday 3rd March:
Photo shoot with Erin (cover model), location: Erin’s Bedroom, estimated time: 1 Hour. This photo shoot will take place at 3pm and will need to be on schedule because I plan to do another shoot in the same day. See below.
Photo shoot with Adam (DPS model), location: Field in Tanfield, has to be very rural, estimated time: 1 Hour. This photo shoot will take place at 5pm when the sun is dropping slightly; it will follow my previous photo shoot.
Sunday 4
th March: Photo shoot with Mam and Dad (main contents feature), location: Hedley Hall Woods, estimated time: 1 Hour.  This photo shoot will take place on Sunday afternoon, at about 3pm but the time doesn’t particularly matter as long as it is not dark.
Week beginning 5th
 March:
I continued with the construction of my DPS adding in the images and the article, by the end of the week I hope to have finished my spread for the DPS.
Week beginning 12th March:
With the construction of my DPS complete I have now moved on to creating my front cover, I know this will require a lot of work and patience but now that I have developed more skills in Photoshop due to creating my DPS first I think it will be a tad easier. I intend to have the majority of the page finished by the end of the week.
Week beginning 19th March:
After saying I would complete the contents page by the end of the week I changed my mind. I decided to also start creating my contents page too. I have no reason for this, it just happened. So this week I will be working on both pieces in hope of completing them with a little more haste. I do however; have most of the contents page completed.
Week beginning 26th March:
This week I will finish all of my pages and upload the pages before feedback onto my blog, I can then towards the end of the week begin my evaluation and explain my choices for the magazine etc.
Week beginning 2nd April:
Easter holidays (2 weeks). I have been completing my evaluation this week, ensuring I explain my view points and choices for my magazine. I have answered seven questions in total and it was a lot of work.
Week beginning 16th April
This week is back to school so I will be going over and checking my evaluation making my own improvements and ensuring I have finished the questions fully and professionally. I am now satisfied with my evaluation. I will now concentrate finishing my blog completely, this means everything is explained, presented and organised neatly.
Week beginning 23rd April
I received my feedback this week and although I chose not to act upon some of the aspects brought up I have now, changed the other minor features which were suggested I change. This means I have now finished my coursework
